He's the judge for the Charm specialty during Gay Harem's old battle system but with the new system, judges have been removed, and this is reflected in his story. While he's also technically an original character, some aspects him are a reference to The Most Interesting Man in the World, played by Jonathan Goldsmith for the Dos Equis beer commercial.
