About: A brilliant man, Neo, dedicated his whole life to the research of Spirimon. Years back, he discovered an interesting phenomenon that would heighten a Spirimon’s horniness as well as its stamina during sex. But there was more to discover, always more. He began to seclude himself and there are lots of rumors saying he’s mad, obsessed, and the weirdest of them all… that he hasn’t aged in a long time.
Neo pretty much looks like Professor Turo, just with gray hair instead of brown and green bodysuit, rather than purple. Both are professors who's research are about certain weird creatures, though their topic differs greatly. Turo discovers the Terastal phenomenon, a phenomen that can change a Pokemon's type, and later became obsessed with time travel, hoping to obtain Pokemon from the future. What Neo discovered instead is a phenomenon to heighten to hornininess of Spirimon. Neo not aging for a long time is a reference to the fact that Turo is actually an AI, and thus won't age physically.
