About: An officer in the magic military; he controls trees and flowers and their growth with his magic and utilizes them for both restraining the unruly and pleasure. He dreams of filling the world with lush forests where all people can frolic and fuck freely in peace and unity. When he was younger, he lost control of a tree and it scarred his face and he grew his hair out to cover it up. Even though the scar has now faded away he still refuses to cut his hair out of self-consciousness.

He's based off to William, but compared to William, Nero has no mask, has a goatee, his robe is also shorter compared to William which is reaching up to his knees, but he do share the same white hair as him. Similar to William, Nero also uses plant-based abilities and a high ranking officer, the scar is also referenced but unlike William who still has his scar, Nero's own has faded already. He also has a sword unlike William.
