This version is actually a variant of Nezo's unreleased base, but without an alt name, it seems that they're treating this one as the base. Unlike Toushirou, Nezo is blokd and his uniform is white, though his shirt is similarly black but with blue accents. Shinsencum is a reference to Shinsengumi, a special police force, which Toushirou a part, but as a Vice-Commander, rather than a Commander that Nezo is. Nezo is also addicted to mayonnaise, and not just it, also for that kinky white substance.
