About: An ex-cop with brutal and unorthodox methods, Officer Bull became warden of the central prison of Begin City. He rules with order and discipline over the detainees, with an iron fist in a nithril hand. Despite that, the prisoners never complain. It even looks like they sincerely appreciate his punishments and request them through screams!
Bull resembles M. Bison with reversed coloring, and a wardens outfit instead of military clothing, plus and added mustache. All of his poses have a dominating/ threatening appearance to them which fits well with Bison's victory poses/general stance. His affection scenes even bring this point home with his over powering domination.
