About: Orthus is a member of a lesser known sect of warriors known as the "Knights of the Holey Order". The Order values the ass above all other body parts, believing it to be the gateway to inner peace and salvation. Orthus is amongst the more devoted members of the Order, his beliefs border on fanaticism and he will go to extremes to show his devotion to the asshole. Love is sweet, sweet pain.
Orthus wear a full body armor like Goblin Slayer though it's design isn't exactly like his. His hair is white while Goblin Slayer is likely a brunette (but in the novels, his hair is black). Both are muscular men with scars all over their body. Unlike Goblin Slayer who's a warrior with goal to only kill goblins, Orthus is a member of a kinky sect, worshiping asses.
