About: Octavio is a curious creature fascinated by humans. One day, a ship sank near the giant conch he lives in. He found the passed out captain and started sucking his dick and pleasing him with his tentacles. It was so good that it brought the captain back to consciousness. So many things a guy can do with tentacles. For saving his life, he gifted Octavio with an anchor necklace he’d been saving for his man back home. It’s now Otto’s favorite possession.
Otto share his design look with Ursula in regards to the similar hair, and octopus features... but his curiosity with the MC seems to be similar to Ariel's curiosity of the world up above.
