Percival looks exactly as Ikkaku, which is likely because he's bald, and has no hair to be recolored. Only his outfit is different, having an open kimono that is purple and he has a coat. Both are loud and confident shinigamis, and just like Ikkaku who once fought and lost to Kenpachi, so is Percival with Fumetsu, and both men ended up following them.
