Pulse is much younger looking, seemingly in his 30s compared to Cable who's always depicted to be in 60s. Naturally, he doesn't have grey hair, but brown instead and he has facial hair. His attire is the same but with less weapons attached and is more form fitting. Similar to Cable, he has techno-organic eye, but on the left side, has mechanical left arms, and have preference for guns as weapon. Both men are time travelling veteran soldiers, using their powers for good purposes; Cable wants to prevent the apocalyptic timeline from happening and Pulse wants to rewrite fates, making them sexier instead.
