Luocha is a follower of a Path of Abundance, and thus is a very skilled healer, but Raksha can also increases a man's sexual vitality. His name, Raksha, is likely a reference to Otto Apocalypse, Luocha's Honkai Impact 3rd counterpart. His affection scenes is a based on Luocha being trapped in the Xianzhou Loufu's port and can't enter the city until he meets a Cloud Knight Sushang, and Dan Heng.
