As a tavern owner, he never lacks in either, but aside from that, he’s also a well-known pirate in the Splatters Archipelago. A respected captain in his own right, he’s been training to become ever stronger since Jackson’s downfall. Never again shall a man like that have any power over him.
Parody Info: Blueno (One Piece)
He's a troll from World 12, Splatters Archipelago, one of the high ranking members of Jackson's Crew, until he leave after Jackson was imprisoned. Rampart has red suit, as well as red hair, instead of black, and has thicker beard, and the horn on his hair is pointing downwards. Unlike Blueno that is a government spy, a member of Cipher Pol, Rampart is a pirate, though both operates a bar. Rampart's power is a based on Blueno's Devil Fruit, Door-Door Fruit, allowing the user to create a door anywhere, and Rampart uses it for kinky reasons.
