About: Refias is a hot-headed young man with a competitive streak a mile long. While he possesses natural magical abilities, Refias lacks certain qualities that would make him a great leader and becomes easily frustrated when he meets someone with greater aptitudes, marking them as his rival. But what' a little friendly competition between rivals? While he may come across as abrasive, Refias' competitive nature is just his way of connecting with other and a way of bettering himself. Despite some of his shortcomings, Refias genuinely desires to do right by others and if you're fortunate enough to be his comrade, he'll be loyal to a fault.

Refias has a similar blond hair as Seifer, and has same clothes as him, except for the blue vest. Both are also hot-headed, talented but is not a good for leadership, and has an intense rivalry with the MC. Similar to Seifer, he also became villain at the course of the story.
