About: Reizo is one of the smartest ninjas in the territories. Able to create and control water, he can change its structure to make it as tangible and resistant as latex or give it unparallelled lubricating properties. Aside from this talent, he’s developed quite a taste for shibari, using his knowledge to create water binds as solid as rope but delivering the sensation of a nicely fresh stream to the skin. Reizo loves taking full control of his partners by binding them, getting them turned on and having his way with them.
More or less the combination of Yahiko and Pain. For the former, it's the fact that he's not too edgy and for the latter, his piercings all over his body, he lacks the spiky hair both of them have though. Reizo's ability to manipulate water is from Yahiko but the way he uses it took some inspiration from Konan.
