Revenge's appearance is derived on his comic counterpart rather than on his movie counterpart, as his hair is similar to the former, albeit with black and red color scheme rather than black and white. The skull mouth mask is most likely a reference to the skull face of Ghost Rider, he also wears leather jacket like him and can use fire.
