Richie is clearly parodying the Space Jam version of the popular Looney Tunes character, being a basketball player bunny. His grey hair is based off Bugs Bunny's fur, he also has a [fake or real] bunny ears. The guy mentioned on his bio is probably based on Michael Jordan, one of the protagonist of Space Jam, though he left him for unknown reasons making Richie a Hero Recruiter in result.
