Ruy's outfit is similar to Yuji but more exposed and his undershirt is shorter and his hair is blue rather than pink. While Yuji is great in sport activities, he's not a jock like Ruy but a horror lover. Both will then share a body with a certain ancient demon, though the demon inside Ruy has blue tattoos instead of black. Like Sukuna is deeply interested in Megumi Fushigoro, so is Ruy's demon, and the former even shows up in his affection scenes, just with blond hair.
