About: This young prodigy Chef is capable of composing exquisite meals and takes his work seriously. Simon's wears a white traditional chef uniform unlike Soma who's uniform is a black t-shirt, though his pants and apron shares the same color as him. Simon's hair is blue, not red, and he's more muscular than the guy he's based off. While Simon is a prodigy in cooking, Soma isn't as he's merely good at cooking because of his diner experience.
