Straw's hair is a little less wild then Kakashis' and tinted a bit (its not gray), his vest is open, has no bandage wrappings, and all clothing is made up of gray, brown, and blue. He has a cat mask instead of Kakashi's anbu kitsune mask. Both Straw and Kakashi has Pakkun. Straw's name could also be a reference to what Kakashi's name means, being Scarecrow, which are made of straw.
