About: Tachibana is the little brother of Jino, even if it's not obvious at first, the two brothers being physically and mentally very different. He's extremely serious when on mission, but outside, he's enthusiastic and tempered. His ninja techniques allow him to enjoy men, before they have the time to know what has happened.
Tachibana's outfit looks just like Hanabi's except its colored differently. He is also the younger brother of Jino, similar to Hanabi being the younger sister of Hinata. His plan of sneak attack may relate to Hanabi's ability to attack from a great distance using Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm.
