Tamaki shares the same white hair as Itona (though Itona has a shade of blue) but he has paler skin than him, the color scheme of his uniform is similar to his, albeit his pants are bluish and he doesn't wear a red undershirt, he also has no bandana on his hair. Tamaki's ability to grow his hair is a reference to Itona's power to form tentacles using his hair.
