About: Brad was a shy artist who kept to himself and created beautiful, haunting pictures in his room. One day, as he gazed at the full moon, he felt a sudden rush of sexual energy. As if enchanted by the moon itself, Brad transformed into a confident seductive man, known as Tantalizing Moon, and went out into the night to find men to play with.
Parody Info: Yusuke "Fox" Kitagawa (Persona 5)
His outfit is based on Yusuke's Fox attire but is orange, like his hair, but is sleeveless. Both are rather eccentric artists though the way they gained their powers are different, Yusuke gains after learning his teacher's plagiarizing his works while Brad just looks at the moon.
