About: Originally from Mountshaft, Thilo has been stuck in Incumzuma since it was shut off. Being the cheerful man he is, however, he made the most of his situation. Working as a housekeeper for a renowned noble by day, he helps out others in situations like his own by night. No matter your issue, he always lends a helping hand—and his body—for consolation.

Thilo has orange hair, instead of being blonde. His jacket is now orange while the undershirt is black, and shorter. His pants is red and has no samurai armor (kusazuri), and, his headband is white, not black. Both men are from different nation (Mountshaft / Mondstadt) who's now staying in another country (Incumzuma / Inazuma), though the reasons are different. Thoma went to Inazuma to look for his Inazuman father but didn't succeed, and eventually just stay there, while Thilo is in Incumzuma for some reason, but forced to stay because of the nation being shut down, referencing the Sakoku Degree, a law the closed Inazuma's borders. Regardless, both men are now working for a certain noble, referencing the Kamisato Clan. Their tasks include being a housekeeper and fixer, and for Thilo, making men even more pleasant with his body. Both also uses fire as their primary element.
