Udon is definitely isn't as massive in size as Katakuri, though he's still fairly tall. His hair is black rather than crimson red, he has no scars and unusual teeth. Their outfit is the same but Udon's scarf doesn't cover his mouth and his pants only have few decorations. He also only has few tattoos. Like Katakuri that is a member of a powerful family belonging to the Four Emperors, Udon is the same though as a mercenary instead of a pirate, and he also really loves sweets, and so is the fact that he's hiding his love for it.
