About: Raised by powerful, strict magicians, Vice felt like a bird in a cage, thus he ran away and became a stage magician. Now hiding among humans, he lives a peaceful life and uses his magic to pull off great, dangerous stunts, though he’s just as good as performing erotic ones - especially ones that involve bondage with chains as they seem to attract pretty admirers Vice can visit after his shows.
They share the same appearance but only with green hair, and instead of a black and white outfit, Vice's outfit is a mix of green and red. Similar to Gil, Vice is a runaway magician though unlike Gil, it is not stated if he's from an alternate dimension. Vice and Gil too both have the power to manipulate chains.
