Hi i have some qustions.

1a. crit can be over 100 so its not %critchance is it increased dmg of a crit??

1b. is evade % dodge chance and will u dodge everything or only "Regular hit" not spells??

2. what do tarts actually do?
it looks like they dont increase the chestcount nor the rarity.
