There's 2 team compositions i can suggest:
1 - you can try using Maus as your main heavy, but she's 7 gears, slow, her skill can be used only once and takes much time to charge;
2 - Tiger I or Tiger P (or both actually) as main, they're pretty similar. Tiger P is a little tankier than Tiger I, but Tiger I is more mobile (better rotation and movespeed) so i suggest using her to avoid situations where you rear line tanks (that deal damage) would run in front of your heavy and die from enemy arty AoE;
In both cases use IS as support heavy, with her skill she can rush to frontline really fast.

Maus is at the low lovel right now. I'll give your advice a shot. What about the rest of HT? Also, want me to post the rest of my platoon?

churchill is ok for start but you already have better ones; KV-2 is heavy-arty mix so no good.

Churchill - swap for Maus (as mentioned if you want to use her in the future, it's better to keep her in your team);
KV-2 - swap with T-34 for defense-type medium or Easy 8/Chi-Ri for offense;
Semo - high penetration skill good vs heavies, but can be swapped with Chi-ri or Hellcat for more DPS;
Firefly - swap with AC4 (same skill but has better stats and 15% base evasion);

main heavy - Tiger sisters or Maus; support heavy - IS;
defense medium - T34; offense medium - Chi-ri, Easy 8; AC4 - anti-evasion; M26 - versatile medium;
Hetzer - fast TD with 7 sec stun skill; Jagd - solid TD, still using her myself; Elefant - ok base penetration + crit shot skill, good vs heavies or evasion tanks; Hellcat - glass cannon;
M24 - good buff/debuff;
Stuart / Sherman Croc- assassin tanks, should clear invasions fast.
