Oh thanks for the info. Well currently the only 5* I have is ARL-44 from log in bonus and I am only leveling it along because I have quite a bit of space so for now commander pretty much levels at the same speed as most of my tanks which are 4*
I am not even sure If I will use it in the future as while it has decent active ability it has too much range Might just put some pure offensive emblems on it and use it as a backup when I ran out of medium tanks for damage or something
