My first legitimate factory 5* rolled off the assembly line yesterday and it was IS-7. How does she compare to IS-3?

IS-3 is a bit tankier and has lower range so she is better as heavy.

dat eva, dat range, dat skill, dat butt... actually it's the first prem that i wanna get

Plus a 5* Neko infantry...I don't recall the others being 5*.

The power creep in this game is starting to ramp up....

Really durable. Beats the 1a1 in base stats, but with no skill to improve upon that. She's costly to deploy, especially considering her skill is an [admittedly devastating] one-shot one-target silver bullet. A good tank to have when you absolutely positively have to make an enemy dead right now, but I wouldn't say she's the new top medium either. Nice art assets.
