dat eva, dat range, dat skill, dat butt... actually it's the first prem that i wanna get

Plus a 5* Neko infantry...I don't recall the others being 5*.

The power creep in this game is starting to ramp up....

Really durable. Beats the 1a1 in base stats, but with no skill to improve upon that. She's costly to deploy, especially considering her skill is an [admittedly devastating] one-shot one-target silver bullet. A good tank to have when you absolutely positively have to make an enemy dead right now, but I wouldn't say she's the new top medium either. Nice art assets.

What's up with that cat anyway? Does it do anything or is it just like for leveling up tanks or something.

It's mostly for the collections of completionists, but at the same time it's a 1 gear cost unit you can throw out for an emergency speedbump...and at 5*s might actually not be completely useless if you can find the space to level it up.
