So I hope they regularly host that 100% drop rate boost on some of the 5 star tanks. But we could gather some info, if everyone post their construction stat.
I'm running about 6-8% 4 stars, as near as I can tell (75 out of 100 current construction achievement, I don't think I've recycled any 4 stars, or received a 4 star from map, 8 current 4 stars, 1 starter, 1 from store) so currently 6/75, but I have 2 in construction.
unless you know some screen i'm missing with actual stats, that is the best I can do for you data sheet.
