HTs get more emblems in scouting due to having 4 slots to get them.

The speed at which HTs get emblems is pretty horrible though. Seems to be just as bad or even worse than the speed that light and medium tanks get them in my experience. It makes their four slots pretty pointless unless they're scouting for 8 or more hours and in most cases they fail to get me four emblems even in those cases.
