Well, oil isn't much of a problem now I think now that you can only do a full PoC run once every two days. Not that that in itself is a good thing but oh well.

Invasion commanders are as soft and squishy as your own so you can win them with speedster assassination tactics. A little bit of bad luck on those though and you can kiss that oil good bye.

And that's the issue with making event rewards dependent on bs RNG. Many people will be satisfied, but the rest will be pissed enough that they are likely to rage-quit. Will game devs ever learn? Find out next time n Dragon Ball Z.

I cleared all the invasion tiles and never got her either...but I'm not pissed about it. It's stupid to rage about RNG not going your way, because nobody was promised anything more than we got...a chance. And besides, this was not even an event to begin with, just a character introduction. She's still out there to be built in your factory slots or to be purchased for cores.

Hmm im simple F2P guy and have a question. Is it worth to build 4th factory slot or spend cores on gacha?

I suggest you go for factory slot (4th is must have imo), it'll help you a lot in early-mid game, but it all depends on your luck. I'm never lucky with gacha and rng in general, so i went for factory (but still haven't got any 5* from it lol). If you know you're lucky then go for gacha.
