Does the girl (character) art not bother folks with this game? I can't get past it personally
Some people earlier in the thread mentioned that it bothers them a lot and they don't like it as it is not realistic. Personally, it does not bother me. Some characters, like Frecly and Dora even look kinda nice to me. I don't care about realistic, using imagination is much better than just seeing what you are shown. And to trigger imagination this art is enough.
As the size and activity of the thread suggests, the almost zero coverage the game has almost everywhere and the fact that it having no gameplay its attraction is driven entirely by its artwork, it suffices to say that yes, the artwork is poor and is a problem.
This is not the same as no one liking it, even bad has a niche, but in the main, if it had great artwork there'd be more of everything, people, posts, positive feedback, there isn't ... so the game community verdict is straight forward for all to see, its poor.
How do the mechanics of the challenge work, anyway? I know lips is how much stamina an "attack" does, and tricks is the effect of a critical hit, what about the heart, commitment? And why is part of the stat bar green?
And for folks curious about what they actually get with the costumes,
Cherry -- Maid
Lola -- Cop
Ice -- saw this one in a challenge and couldn't parse it. Witch? Gnome?
Haven't seen the others yet.
Think Ice is supposed to be little red riding hood.
I wasn't aware people said they didn't like it because it isn't "realistic", None of the existing Nutaku games have particularly realistic art. We don't like the art because it's *bad*. It's like something I could draw, and I don't consider myself a decent artist. The banner/ad art is good. The art of the girls in-game is anything but.
Frecly -- Nurse
The second stat looks like attack rate, or accuracy maybe. I think the blue bars are the base stats, but they don't seem to expand with training.
