If you aren't aware, "mega coin" is a big click target, that takes up most of the screen, making many of the seating positions unclickable for it's duration. Which is really annoying when it comes up when you're still placing your girls. You pretty much have to just sit there and wait for it to go away, assuming you don't want to place girls out of order.

Additionally, it's payout per click seems to be based on the average girl payout, so late game, if you're doing what feels like the most efficient strategy (10 cheapest girls & 1 WAY better girl, with all money going to that better girl until she is high enough that you just have to bring everybody else up to sell) it'll be noticeably less per click than a private show with that best girl. If there isn't just 1 really good girl, it's significantly better than a private show with everybody, though.

So, early-mid game, when you're struggling for each level and there isn't that big a discrepancy between top girls it's great (assuming you're clicking). Late game it becomes a worthless nuisance.
