That's what it says when you click on it:
"Boost your company profits for x2 multiplier".
Which is exactly what it does. It works for a limited time.

Got my last decoration today - the lamp. What does it do, though? "Increase the prestige percentage multiplier. This applies to your overall company profits." So... does it give more cash? If so, does it just stack with the vase that gives an overall profit bonus?

And I'm interested to hear opinions. I'm going to spend some shares on... something. Dunno on what, yet. The neon sign for more shares seems about right, but the costs increase fast. I'm at 750.000 right now. Instead, I could increase some of those multiplier-for-girls-with-X-decorations. Or the vase. Or that new lamp one, depending on what exactly it does.

The prestige percentage multiplier is the gold/yellow in the top left of the decorations screen with the crown icon. The number in parentheses is a multiplier that increases profits. The more prestige you have the higher the multiplier. The lamp deco increases that percentage multiplier and as a result your overall profit. Not quite sure how the lamp and vase stack with each other, or with the multiplier found in the shop but imo the lamp and vase aren't really that significant late game. For example I'm getting x4.69k from the girl multipliers(level 60), compared to the x9.4 I'm getting from the vase(level 47). The girl profit multiplier decos are the way to go imo. Once I started investing in those I noticed a significant increase in profit. What I did was get my neon sign to the point where it was costing way to much to upgrade and then started upgrading the others.
