As for what she is.... errr... I think she is just a normal human, that likes to laze around in the middle of the battle ?
Her ultimate is funny though, summoning those "scary mofus" ha!

Honestly, I don't think there are that many flower knights who aren't (fully) human.
From those I've got, I only remember Kitsunenobotan to admit she has her ears and tail from birth.

From memory:
Liriope is an Elf, Kitsunenobotan is a kitsune child, Hare's ear & Hare's Tail Grass are rabbits (at least their ears don't look fake) and Tiger Lily is a demon.
Edelweiss is certainly an elf too with her pointy ears (You can see them on her normal artwork and on one of the official 4-panel comics.
Christmas Rose is... something. But she definitively don't looks totally human.

Red Spider Lily is not a true fox if I'm right. I don't remeber where but I'm pretty sure she appears without tail or something like this.
Green Bristlegrass is not a cat too. Her tail is fake as fuck.
Devil Calws is a fake cat too. On an old artwork, she has human ears.

And... I guess that's all. Yeah, most of the girls are true humans and fake non humans.
