Cymbidium got a promoted form! Good. She is not more OP than her 5* version but she is still better anyway.
Promotion for Cattleya swimsuit too. She is... a Cattleya. very similar to her regular version. Good if you like her and don't have any of her 6* versions.
And Pine Tree promotion. She as Negate damages but she stay... meh.

Besides the new Aqua Shadow missions with Veronica/Japanese Anemone/Japanese Glory, what missions have Stamina cut right now? I can't seem to find any.

A Nidhogg iteration should be coming soon (late February, based on the timeline from 14th Nico stream). In the first half, various rewards (including plenty of stamina cuts) can be earned by the community if it reaches certain milestones. Typically, those stamina cuts are applied after Nidhogg.
