Actually now that you mention the time. I had a theory back then and it proved 50/50 - if you pull closely around Midnight JP time you have a better chance for good pull.
Tested it a few times and more often than not got at least some results with it. Its a superstition and a theory but you know how it goes with RnG / Dice / Card games, its part of the hobby
