I got a second 4* from today free gacha. But it was St Paulia so, I guess that's good.

About boobs, I'm not that much into RL big ones too. With nice or sexy outfit it could be cool (if they are not too big) but without... meh. Not my cup of tea. Small (but not flat) or medium ones are better. Just enough to fill bra or swimsuit but stay cute out of it.
