Yeah Wut, if you do it this way there should be no problem.
Use the second option if you have them on your PC, and after they are uploaded you need the BBC something link > one that has the IMG before and after the url.
That's how I do my signatures when uploading them, and the first post in my sig. thread has over what... 20-30 of those ? So that's a good option.

I would also recommend to limit the Amount of girls to 10-15 per comment. Once you reach more than that, post a new comment and add more to it by editing until its full 10-15 again.
This is speaking from experience, since if you have all the important stuff in one comment, its a bit hard to edit, and takes long to load once a lot of links, and pictures are added to it, as well as if something happens to it its really disheartening to redo it from scratch. If you split them into multiple comments, then if something happens to one of them, you wont loose all your work you put into it *thumbsup*.
