I hope Water Fringe gets her promotion soon.
She has the looks, and her skill has decent enought graphic effect for it to pass as a poor mans 6*
Now only need to hope she gets some really good skill out of the promotion so she fits into one of my teams

Will be looking forward to the updated PimpWaifu thread to see who got promoted and what skills they received. :3
