I think we already have 2 rainbow dressbloom deal this year, not sure.
The NY deal has cheap one, with only 5k and you got one random rainbow+dressbloom+something I don't remember.

There was a Rainbow Dressbloom Deal for 3000 DMM Points not to long ago if i remember correctly.
Also there was one Rainbow Dressbloom Deal in December. It was expensive though.
