Take a look at this video.
As far as I know, Ghostweed shouldn't have the ability to super counter, yet here she surely does.

I don't think there is any equipment that can grant it, so logically thinking, the definition of super counter from the wiki has a high chance to be correct.

Oh, OK, I think I know what you mean.
I've just looked at Hypericum's wiki page and there is a clear distinction between her counter pre-promotion and post-promotion.
So this would mean that indeed there are two types of countering.
