Awakening Dragon Centy¹ / 覚醒竜 センテイ, the new material that was shown in yesterday's stream, serves as a limit break material. Each dragon costs 100 25 rainbow medals. 20 pieces are available. They're also tradeable for an indefinite period, as with rainbows in the Rainbow Medal exchange.

Each LB dragon will raise the max level of a fully-leveled rainbow (native or rarity-promoted) by +5, up to +20. For every 5 levels, the unit gains 1,100 stat points (broken down into +750 HP, +250 ATK, and +100 DEF). Four LB dragons are needed to max one unit from level 80 to 100, at the cost of 400 100 rainbow medals, sooo......

¹ "Centy" is possibly a reference to the Latin word "centum," which represents the number "100" (being the new max level cap)

Also, Naae is ナーエ; Centy is センティ. They're 2 distinct entities and, thus, have different names.

Thanks for the name, now that I got the name I can go and try actual artwork of this adorable little thing. Wanted to replace my Avatar with something fitting and this is the perfect thing, maintaining the color palette but a different theme.

So... new stuff.
First thing, what is that?

I got some reward from it (the castle thing and some super ampules) but I don't know how I can get the other stuff.

New bloomed artworks. Worm Wood is really nice. I like it. Nightshade is nice too. And Pinkladies... Pinkladies. I already like her a lot but now... her bloomed artwork is just amazing. She is just perfect.

And new promoted girls. No Money Tree as expected.
Poinsettia: Just a Solar Blast buff + Evade girl with ATK buff. Nothing awesome.
Christmas Apricot: Evade+Counter girl with an interesting ATK Debuff but with no DEF buff. She can still be interesting with alot of other 6* with DEF buff.
Fatsia: Meh. Don't worth it. She has 60% re-act, that interesting. +30% ATK & DEF... meh. And ATK buff for all based on girls own DEF don't worth it at all. She really need more abilities to be better.

No really good promotion for this time.

Managed to find her with using the JP name for FKG and Centy.

Had to adjust the picture a bit, sharpen and adjust colors but it looks plenty cute

The commander level cap was bumped up to 300 in yesterday's update. Those who already cleared the main quests on the way to level 200 should have received at least a high ampule plus a garden object (one for level 100, another for level 200).

I really like this new Rosa Novalis too. I checked, it's not a new skin for the 3* version. So, it may be a new 6* version since most queens are 6*. I hope they will do the same for Casablanca. And release more queens.
