Sometimes, second personal equipement is a bit better. But it's much more interesting for girls with an alternative form with higher rarity than the base form, since you need base form's rarity aqua fragment to evolve it.
For example, for 5* Cyclamen you need 2* fragment to evolve her special equipement instead of 5* fragment used to evolve her personnal earrings.
And it don't worth it for 5* girls who comes from 6* girls.


And yeah, first one seems better with your very magic team. If you give all your magic girls an evolved personnal equipement it could be very nice. +8% ATK & DEF is not bad at all.

I guess it depend on your team. If you want debuff to support a good offensive girl (like Kerria andher clones), go for White Tulip and her +40% ATK. If you want to support more defensive girls (espacially if you have one with Evasion+Provocation), go for Cypress.
I don't think there is someone better. But if you want pure Debuff, Sedum is a good choice too: https://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Sedum. Perfect to support Evasion girls.

I am rethinking this, I am going to outright buy Snowdrop at my next opportunity and make a boiled frog team with RG Pinkladies
Sedum is a most excellent tool to have in the toolbox and could help my lower teams complete more difficult missions.
Provides better versatility to better utilize what I got. That means a lot when your low on quality girls.

Wait, you lose ALL of them in Rarity Growth? I understand why, but that kinda sucks.

Yes all skill level/equipment slots are lost. The bonus for having them is cheaper rarity growths. You also can only boost a RG girl with skill/dressblooms. RG 2+ of the same girl isn't cheap anyway, but you still wouldn't be able to do it for the slots.
