What does it do and how do you use it? I can't find it in my inventory.

It simply works like an exchange ticket. You can pick any available 5★ introduced before 1/7/2019. It doesn't expire.

To access it, go to page 2 of the wares. It should be on the very last tab.

Who should I choose? Who I need? Who I want? I guess I will just keep it and wait for a good promotion form. Like all the others...
In another hand, there is so many possible choises for my Alt. Christmas Saffron? New Year Cereals Lily? Or Mint?

I've narrowed it down to the 8 (Not including Magic Types, I have too many):

Nasturtium
Oncidium
Pomegrenate
Poppy
Thoroughwort
Anemone (Miko)
Anemone (Radiant Princess)
Anthurium
Echinacea (Hotsprings)

Not sure if any of them are particularly good, I just chose based off looks.

If it werent for the 5* Pink Ladies I would have go with the sexi kunoichi san for my seal stone....

however....

....there was a 5* Pink Ladies....

Now I need one more stone to pick the Ninja chan as well, if she doesnt fall in my lap willingly before that (gacha).

Yeah Poppy is the only Moneti girl who I don't have, is 5*, and not magic. Unfortunately, she doesn't have Bloom Art. Which kinda sucks.

I got her on day one in a random gacha , I looked up her skills and decided that destiny demands that I make her all she can be!

Logged in. Saw the exchange stone. Sifted through my girls. Made the least useful choice. Got mah Bluebell. I'm such a nerd.
