I don't understand what the purpose of them is. Ten stamina for a potential reward of 14 gold for full clear? I did the first two, but couldn't defeat the one that doesn't allow a helper, so just skipped it. Not much of a reward for doing them, I guess it's just a novelty thing? Or maybe you get something for defeating all three?
