Pavonia don't cost FS but R-medals since she is exclusive to R-medal shop. You have the list of the R-medal 6* exlusive here: https://flowerknight.fandom.com/wiki...Rainbow_Medals.
And the Ancient Flowers are still exclusive to their own limited gacha. Only Corbett is guaranteed to came back soon. It's good to keep some FS just in case but don't hold them for ever in hope you can get Adlay or Zinnia in a gacha. They are not available in the regular gacha pool and they may never be sadly (at least, none of the limited girls are since they started limited gacha).
You have the full list of available girls in a gacha by clinking on the Nazuna icon on top-right corner of any gacha.

My personnal current wish list is:
- Twinleaf (planed for reroll gacha)
- Corbett (planed for her reprint gacha)
- Hinoki Cypress school (I hope I could get her before the 30FG gacha contest winner on november/december)
- Tacca Chantilly (if she ever came back from her cursed limited gacha ><)
- Isogiku Formal Dress for waifu stuff (if I could get her easily of she will wait 9th anniversary 30FG gacha if this kind of gacha still exist)

Yeah, about Twinleaf vs Sparaxis I think now I understand why, I think 100% act again is overkill because 60% serves well enough and it's easy to get Act Again 15% from teammates like Thunberg Spirea Christmas and 75% is more than enough, and there's FMs that give 10% without maxing them out, and that's 85% easily, and lacking 1 ability slot for something like Boss damage also hurts, and Combo Hit is better than Pursuit I think, for my early game Pursuit feels okay from my experience of using Cactus, but looks like it has its limit.

I also plan on getting Hinoki Parallel Academy, such a good attribute support and she's rated highly by Japanese players as SSS tier for 6^.

Also I checked the Rainbow Medal's 6* Exchange, it looks like Pavonia is my obvious choice as she looks ways better than the rest.
