Yes that is the resissued events tab.
The ones without a timer are permanent and don't go away.

Soo I put like 3600 tickets into a 3* which was pretty high - thinking - Hmm good the DMM players are much smarter than Nutaku players, they understand that its better to vote for lower tier girl, and if she gets through she will get a 5/6* form ! Time to make them small rarity ladies shine !

Checked in back today.... she is 38, the top is again filled with 5/6*..... no the DMM players are bunch of idiots as well.
It doesnt matter which girl is your favorite - if she is already a top tier girl with one or two variants, why the FUCK would you vote for her ?!
Its not like they gonna make more variants of her, and if they do - then the company is bunch of fagtards as well.
I rest my case, will not ever care about shit like this again, unless the people get smarter (coz none of them understand that they are hurting themselves with this. Why not get a brand new 5/6* from a low tier girl, instead just push for more variants of the same chick over and over again). Siiiiigh....

Agree, the true idiot are those who give vote to girls that already have an alternate version. I dont mind have 5* ver of some 6 star girl (Kerria and red ginger for exp) but lower tier version of 6 star often get neglected cause people often spend gems to get stronger girl so it's also not good choice to vote them.
I spent 600 vote for this one but she will never be able to gain popularity (around 200 vote to Justicia, i just cant make up my mind who to vote for). Butt chick girl (27th place) may have chance to raise her rank if i give her some vote .

So indeed, the top 3 characters do get a new version, how does that work out for chars that already got one? I dunno.
I am pushing Kerria and Dusty Miller for a simple reason. I am a mostly free player and rolling target 6*'s is a near impossible task. Both Dusty and Kerria have no second form, meaning if they end top 3 and get an alt form which most likely is 5*, I actually have a very good chance to pull them. I do agree that if you are pushing a 6* that already has a really good second form (Dogwood, Anemone, Mei Plumblossom) then you are an idiot.

Well i will rather vote on the one girl i like (Anemone) than a random 2/3 star even if it makes others salty. Yes she allready has a second form but maybe I want a mono Anemono squad? Pun intended.

It's odd that our DMM Accounts already rivals the Nutaku Accounts in term of TP.

Well to be honest our luck here is a lot better in comparison to Nutaku
