It's even in her trivia on her wiki page: "Heather loves to drink. She drinks together with Gardenia and Hop.".
Her audio also mentions alcohol a lot, though more from a sommelier's point of view.
Additionally, she's actually a solid unit - she's got the same abilities as Apple.
